I wish BB would invest more into their employees. I was shocked a couple days ago that someone in their computer/routing area had no idea what gigabit internet meant. He knew they sold gigabit switches but then tried telling me how his 25Mb connection was awesome and leaves all his friends in the dust, after asking what I had I told him I have fiber to the house with gigabit and had to explain that it's like 1000Mb.

Been to four this year; mine, Detroit, one in SC, and one in VA. Myself or someone with me asked a similar question about an item at all but the VA one. Where the answer wasn't readily available in-store. They all tried and failed to get the answers, either online or by asking others.
