I have A cousin that loses ac occasionally in storms. Could this serve as a backup for her refrigerator to prevent spoilage.

I have the river pro which bumps it to 720wh. Costco has those occasionally for $429. If you just need something to run a cpap and a few appliances this little guy is great. It charges to 80% soooo quickly . Works as a decent basic UPS as well . I think this is superior to the jackery.
